About the Organization

MSKF is a registered non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons living with Multiple Sclerosis and related neurological conditions across Kenya and the wider African region.

Position Overview

The CEO will be the strategic and operational leader of MSKF overseeing programs, partnerships, fundraising and advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight
• Develop and execute long-term strategy and fundraising plans
• Manage partnerships, stakeholder relations and communications
• Ensure governance, compliance and financial sustainability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• Min 7 years progressive leadership in nonprofit or health sector
• Strong fundraising and stakeholder management experience

• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization - ≥ 90% fundraising goal achievement

Responsible for developing and executing digital fundraising strategies, grant writing and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement fundraising campaigns
• Write proposals and manage donor reporting
• Manage CRM and online giving platforms

Qualifications & KPIs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3-5 years fundraising experience
• ≥ 90% fundraising goals achieved
• ≥ 80% donor retention rate
• ≥ 25% annual revenue growth
